I did a walk from Ochanomizu to Ueno last night and after passing one of two dozen shoe stores in Ameyokocho remembered I needed a pair of black shoelaces for a pair of chucks at home. I just grabbed the first package I found and while in line for the register looked closer and noticed the brand name. What.
