So this is the rough timeline of the events happening in the To Aru universe. It’s only up to Railgun S2 episode 8, but it should end around the same time as the Sisters Arc from Index. The date is a bit off though since Mikoto haven’t met Touma again until the end of episode of 10 of Railgun S (only my opinion and memory of Index S1).
So I hope this helps in clearing up some confusion regarding Railgun S2’s Sisters Arc.
